The AMK Group takes pride in the quality of services it provides.
The aim of all AMK staff is to ensure that each service provision is executed in a manner that sets and maintains a high level of service consistent with the requirements and expectations of the customer. This approach to quality resulted in the AMK Group being the first company of its type to achieve BS5750 in 1993. This certification has been maintained over the years and the business is today accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standards.
The continued objective of AMK is to acknowledge the increasing quality awareness of the consumer. It believes that this can be achieved by remaining at the forefront in terms of service, with a minimum of customer complaints.
The business values the contribution of all associates and collaborators and endeavours to ensure that suppliers and partners meet the same levels of quality assurance, either by certification or through recognised training.
